Homemakers/Companions
Companions attempt to enhance the quality of life for a client who is still independent. They are bonded and fully screened, including criminal background check done by FBI, physical exam (drug screen test, flu shot, PPD). They have excellent references and experience but they are not required to have certification.
Assistance includes:
- Basic housekeeping
- Cooking and shopping
- Accompaniment to physician appointments and social events
- Providing emotional and mental support
