Every Home Health Aide is selected for a case based on experience, qualifications, dependability, availability, and personality.  We provide thorough criminal background and reference checks, and require a full physical including drug and alcohol testing.  Each aide is also required to pass a personal interview with our Care Coordinator.  Key traits we look for are honesty, friendliness, compassion, dependability and professionalism.
